Who is PixelMechanics?
PixelMechanics is an owner-managed IT company from Nuremberg. We connect ERP, CRM, data and AI into one system for mid-sized businesses – from the first analysis through to live operation. Instead of only advising, we also build and run the solutions ourselves.
How long has PixelMechanics existed, and who owns the company?
PixelMechanics has been in business since 2008 and is owner-managed. Michael Rohrmüller founded the company and still leads it today as CEO and owner. There are no external investors – decisions are made in-house and quickly.
Where is PixelMechanics located?
Our office is in Nuremberg, Germany. We work with clients across the German-speaking region, on site as well as remotely.
What services does PixelMechanics offer?
Four areas: AI consulting including AI agents, ERP implementation with Odoo, data integration, and custom applications. On top of that comes CRM with HubSpot. The point is always the same – one connected system instead of isolated tools.
Does PixelMechanics build its own products?
Yes, four of them, and we use them ourselves every day: Circuflow, an industry ERP for waste management and the circular economy; PM QuoteFlow for AI-assisted quotation; CircuData Cockpit for data pipelines; and ProcessFlow for process documentation. All of them can be connected to Odoo.
Is PixelMechanics a certified Odoo and HubSpot partner?
Yes. We are a HubSpot Gold Partner and part of the official Odoo partner network. We are also a member of the IHK Nuremberg for Middle Franconia, and Michael Rohrmüller has been a certified IT expert under the code of conduct of the German Federal Association of Experts since 2005.
Which companies does PixelMechanics work for?
Mainly mid-sized companies in manufacturing, construction, waste management, trade and the public sector. Among our references are va-Q-tec, Max Bögl, noris network, the City of Schwabach and blizz-z. More than 800 projects have been delivered since 2008.
Where is my data hosted, and what about GDPR?
Hosting takes place in Europe and our solutions are built to be GDPR-compliant. European AI models are available on request, and Odoo can also run on your own infrastructure if you prefer to keep everything in-house.
How does a project start, and how quickly do I see results?
It starts with a free 30-minute conversation, with no obligation. If it is a fit, a pilot with a clearly defined scope follows, usually live within four to six weeks. Entry points are offered at a fixed price, so you know the cost before you commit.
Who will be my contact at PixelMechanics?
You will always have a named person, not a ticket queue. Michael Bromberger handles sales and first contact, Sven Werner leads consulting and AI, and Florian Stützer heads development. For commercial questions and scheduling, Siiri Rohrmüller is the one to ask.
