Odoo Experience 2026 takes place from 24 to 26 September 2026 at Brussels Expo in Brussels, Belgium – free entry with the Basic pass, three days of programme, more than 400 talks and over 45,000 attendees. It is Europe's largest tech and business event built around the open-source ERP Odoo, and a must-attend for anyone who works with Odoo or is planning a roll-out.

As an Odoo partner, we at PixelMechanics follow this event closely every year. In this article I summarise what is already known about the upcoming edition, which topics to expect, who should make the trip to Brussels – and what the tickets cost.

What is Odoo Experience?

Odoo Experience is Odoo's annual flagship event and brings together the entire “Odoosphere”: partners, customers and the worldwide open-source community. Across three days, everything revolves around the latest Odoo version, hands-on talks from experts around the globe and direct networking in the exhibition area.

With more than 45,000 attendees from over 150 countries, Odoo Experience is, according to Odoo, the largest open-source business event in the world. Whether you already use Odoo or are weighing up an ERP roll-out, three days here give you a head start that would otherwise take months to build.

When and where does Odoo Experience 2026 take place?

Odoo Experience 2026 runs from 24 to 26 September 2026 at Brussels Expo in Brussels. The halls are right next to the metro stop “Heysel” (line 6) and are 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre.

If you want to go deeper, you can also join the two-day masterclasses on 22 and 23 September – immediately before the main event.

What's new in 2026? Odoo 20 and the opening keynote

The central highlight: Odoo releases Odoo 20 during the event. As always, it kicks off with the opening keynote by founder and CEO Fabien Pinckaers on 24 September at 8:30 a.m. Attendees are the first to get an exclusive look at the new features – across Accounting, Website, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing (MRP), eCommerce, CRM and Sales.

From our perspective as an Odoo partner, this is exactly what makes the moment so valuable: you don't just read release notes, you see live where the platform is heading – including the growing AI capabilities Odoo is increasingly building into the ERP.

Which topics can you expect at Odoo Experience 2026?

More than 400 talks cover practically every area that moves a business: from best practices and development through individual features to strategies for business growth. Every talk is followed by a Q&A session where you can put your questions directly to the experts.

If you want to build skills in a focused way, book one of the masterclasses – intensive two-day trainings before the event. In 2026, the topics on offer include:

Masterclass Audience / level
Inventory Everyone – intermediate
eCommerce & Marketing Everyone – intermediate
Odoo x AI Everyone – intermediate
Studio Expert Everyone – advanced
Accounting Everyone – advanced
Odoo Development Developers – intermediate
Odoo Web Framework Developers – advanced
Scaling Odoo x Odoo.sh Developers – advanced

The event is also defined by its networking opportunities: three exhibition halls with partners, startups and the “Odoo Village”, plus evening events, an awards ceremony, a gaming zone and four live concerts by the Odoo band.

Who should attend?

In short: anyone who works with Odoo or is thinking about adopting it. These groups benefit the most:

  • Management & decision-makers (SMEs): get an overview of Odoo's strategic direction, ROI arguments and direct access to Odoo's leadership team (especially with the CEO pass). Ideal for judging whether Odoo is the right digital operating system for your company.
  • Existing Odoo users: accounting, sales, inventory, HR or marketing – teams see the Odoo 20 updates and take home immediately actionable best practices.
  • IT leads & project managers: if you are planning an ERP roll-out or upgrade, you gather hands-on knowledge, references and partner contacts in record time.
  • Developers: the technical masterclasses (Development, Web Framework, Odoo.sh) and deep-dive talks go as deep as you'll rarely find online.
  • Odoo partners & consultants: exchange with the global community and first-hand insight into new tools and trends.

If you are considering an Odoo roll-out for the first time, Odoo Experience is probably the fastest way to get a realistic picture of the feature scope, ecosystem and community.

How much do tickets for Odoo Experience 2026 cost?

The Basic pass is free and includes access to talks, the exhibition area and workshops – but not catering or the evening activities. If you want the full experience, choose a Premium or CEO pass. The overview below shows Odoo's official prices:

By car: take the R0 ring road, exit 7a, and follow the “Expo” signs. Odoo recommends the nearby Parking C.

By plane: from Brussels Airport (BRU) the fastest route is by taxi, or by train to the centre and onward by metro.
