What is the Odoo Experience?
The Odoo Experience is Odoo's annual flagship event and brings together the entire „Odoosphere“: partners, customers and the worldwide open-source community. Over three days, everything revolves around the latest Odoo version, hands-on talks by experts from around the world and direct exchange in the exhibition area.
With over 45,000 participants from more than 150 countries, the Odoo Experience is, according to Odoo, the world's largest open-source business event. Anyone who already uses Odoo or is considering an ERP implementation gains a knowledge advantage here in three days that would otherwise take months.
When and where does the Odoo Experience 2026 take place?
The Odoo Experience 2026 runs from 24 to 26 September 2026 at Brussels Expo in Brussels. The exhibition halls are located directly at the „Heysel“ metro station (line 6) and can be reached from the center of Brussels in 15 to 20 minutes.
Anyone who wants to go deeper can additionally attend the two-day masterclasses on 22 and 23 September – that is, immediately before the main event.
What's new in 2026? Odoo 20 and the opening keynote
The central highlight: Odoo releases Odoo 20 during the event. As is tradition, it kicks off with the opening keynote by founder and CEO Fabien Pinckaers on 24 September at 8:30 a.m. Participants are the first to get an exclusive look at the new features – across the modules accounting, website, inventory, HR, manufacturing (MRP), e-commerce, CRM and sales.
From our perspective as an Odoo partner, this is exactly the moment that is so valuable: you don't just see release notes, but experience live where the platform is heading – including the growing AI features that Odoo is increasingly integrating into the ERP.
Which topics await you at the Odoo Experience 2026?
Over 400 talks cover practically every area that moves a company: from best practices and development to individual functionalities and strategies for business growth. After each talk there are Q&A sessions in which you can address your questions directly to the experts.
Anyone who wants to build specific skills books one of the masterclasses – intensive, two-day trainings before the event. In 2026, the topics available include:
| Masterclass | Target group / level |
|---|---|
| Inventory (warehouse & logistics) | All – Advanced |
| eCommerce & Marketing | All – Advanced |
| Odoo x AI | All – Advanced |
| Studio Expert | All – Expert level |
| Accounting | All – Expert level |
| Odoo Development | Developers – Advanced |
| Odoo Web Framework | Developers – Expert level |
| Scaling Odoo x Odoo.sh | Developers – Expert level |
In addition, the event is shaped by the networking opportunities: three exhibition halls with partners, startups and the „Odoo Village“, plus evening events, an awards ceremony, a gaming zone and four live concerts by the Odoo band.
Who is attending worthwhile for?
In short: for everyone who works with Odoo or is thinking about an implementation. Specifically, these groups benefit in particular:
- Management & decision-makers in SMEs: You get an overview of Odoo's strategic direction, ROI arguments and a direct line to Odoo's leadership team (especially with the CEO Pass).
- Existing Odoo users: Accounting, sales, warehouse, HR or marketing – departments see the new features of Odoo 20 and take away immediately actionable best practices.
- IT managers & project leads: Anyone planning an ERP implementation or an upgrade gathers practical knowledge, references and contacts to partners here in the shortest time.
- Developers: The technical masterclasses (Development, Web Framework, Odoo.sh) and deep-dive talks go as deep as you rarely find online.
- Odoo partners & consultants: Exchange with the global community, new tools and trends first-hand.
If you're toying with the idea of an Odoo implementation for the first time, the Odoo Experience is probably the fastest way to get a realistic picture of the range of features, the ecosystem and the community.

Getting there and hotels in Brussels
By metro: The nearest station is „Heysel“ (line 6, a few minutes' walk). From Brussels-Midi/Zuid station it is about 15 minutes, from the central station about 20 minutes.
By car: Via the R0 ring, exit 7a, follow the „Expo“ signs. Odoo recommends the nearby Parking C.
By plane: From Brussels-Zaventem Airport (BRU), the fastest way is by taxi or by train to the center and then on by metro.
Accommodation: There are only a few hotels directly at Brussels Expo; the center, however, is very well connected. Odoo names several partner hotels (including DoubleTree by Hilton, NH Hotels, Motel One, The Hoxton, Thon Hotels) – some with promo codes. It's worth booking early, as the city is heavily booked up during the event.
